One of the jewels of the Eixample. Post-romantic houses, preceded by gardens, a clear example of English-style houses. It is located in the block formed by Roger de Llúria, Consell de Cent, Diputació and Pau Clarís streets. The passage is named after Francesc Permanyer i Tuyets, mayor of Barcelona in 1856.
– It is the oldest passage in the Eixample.
