It is the result of a reform carried out in a house in 1904, to convert it into the residence of the Baron de Quadras. The house has two facades, the main one on Av. Diagonal, which reminds us of a Gothic-style palace, and the one on Calle Roselló, in a modernist style. It is listed as a Historic-Artistic Monument of National Interest and is currently the headquarters of the Institut Ramón Llull, intended for the international promotion of the Catalan language and its culture.
