Barcelona has an integrated tariff system that encompasses a total of 296 municipalities. Thus, public transport in Barcelona is divided into zones. Zone 1 is for the 36 municipalities that make up the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona*, including, of course, the city. In this homogenization line, you go from zone 2 to 6, where the same ticket is used (single ticket, T-10, T-50/30, T-70/30 and T-FM/FN 70/90 …), but with different prices. Therefore, all of them appear segmented into six crowns, which in turn have different rate sectors. Consult map at www.atm.cat
